"Nicolas Cole Brand" is a good start.  Nicolas has an article that states "If you don't have a brand by 2020, fewer people will want to work with you.  They will want to work with someone who has an idea about how to improve the world."  Nicolas Cole became good at being a QUORA expert.  How?  He looked at what people around him were doing.  "I read every single top-producing expert on Quora.  I learned from watching experts."  He recommends focusing on one platform, such as YOUTUBE or QUORA or a Blog.
